CHF was founded in 2002 with a dream to alleviate poverty among at-risk children in Cape Coast, Ghana. Over the years, we’ve grown into a nurturing community that provides education, skills training, and care for vulnerable children. With the support of Learn Grow Lead, USA, and generous donors, CHF is shaping future leaders

CHF's Vision
Can we talk, imagine a pan-African where the influence of colonialism is devalued and its devastating impact are reversed.
We know that the children of CHF can be the catalyst for this change. As a charitable organization, we do this work through the support of both local and international donors.

about the founder
The Visionary Behind CHF
Born in a remote village in Ghana, Stephen Dankwah had dreams of becoming an organic agriculturalist. Orphaned and plagued by financial hardship, he endured nine years of servitude after being trafficked. A good Samaritan saved Stephen and helped him secure a job.
As the founder of Children Helpers Farm, and organic vegetable farm, for over two decades, he has provided shelter and education to 680 orphans and deprived children.
Our farm
The Helpers Organic Farm
The Helpers Organic Farm is positioning herself to secure funding to enable it to develop its 20 additional acre land to raise vegetable production level all year round. Profits from the sale of the farm produce is channeled to the orphanage and support educational budget of Children Helpers Foundation.
